Description

This Special Edition white is produced mainly from the Azal grape variety, from a vineyard planted in the year 1932, in Amarante. After the grapes were harvested, they were destemmed by hand and fermented spontaneously on the skins in amphorae for 30 days.

After pressing, the wine ages for about 7 months in French and Portuguese oak barrels, and ages in bottle for 5 months.

Pequenos Rebentos is an elaboration of experiments in the work of traditional grape varieties in terroirs where the ideal conditions for their excellence exist. Pequenos Rebentos will always be a special edition, bottled in a limited number of bottles, which will only be put on sale if they are of a quality up to the demands.
