The Terra Chama Reserva white wine is a blend of the Encruzado and Malvasia Fina grape varieties from vines over 20 years old. It undergoes partial fermentation in a used Hungarian oak barrel, followed by natural ageing on fine lees for 20 months in stainless steel tanks, and then 9 months in the bottle before release. It has a medium-pale colour and a delicate aroma of orange blossom and white stone fruit. On the palate, it reveals a long finish and a balanced volume.
