Description

Greywacke Wild Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough white is a more complex and textural interpretation of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, made from fruit sourced in the Wairau Plains and Southern Valleys. Fermented with wild yeasts in neutral oak and aged on lees, it delivers depth and character.

The nose reveals layered aromas of almond, vanilla and shortbread, alongside notes of blood orange, smoked tea and herbs. On the palate, it shows a creamy texture and medium body, with ripe stone fruit balanced by vibrant acidity. The finish is pure, elegant and persistent.
