Paço dos Infantes rose is 100% produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety. After selection of the grapes, they are pressed whole and the must is fermented for 16 days. It is then battônage for 2 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is salmon pink in colour with aromas of fresh fruit, blueberry, and exuberant floral notes. In the mouth, it reveals an excellent acidity, amplitude of flavours, and good structure.
The Herdade da Lisboa was acquired by the Cardoso Family in 2011 and is located in Vidigueira, bringing together 3 harmonious strands: wine production, olive oil, and wine tourism. In the 80s and 90s, the property contributed to the recognition of Alentejo wines with the brand Paço dos Infantes and today they count with 350 hectares of total area, dividing 100 hectares for vine culture, 200 hectares for olive culture, and still 10 hectares for fruit orchards and horticultural culture, using the good practices of production in a sustainable model.
