2021 Quinta de San Michel Malvarinto de Janas white
Description
The white wine Quinta de San Michel Malvarinto de Janas, made from the Malvasia de Colares and Arinto grape varieties, reveals its essence after ageing for 8 months in French oak barrels and 24 months in the bottle.
The manual harvest in 20kg buckets, followed by destemming, crushing and direct pressing, highlights the care taken in the winemaking process. With decanting lasting 36 hours and part of the fermentation in oak barrels, this wine displays a harmonious fusion of fruity notes and the complexity resulting from the process. A unique expression that reflects the tradition and quality of Quinta de San Michel.
