The Adro da Sé white, made from the Encruzado grape variety, is clear and has a citrus colour. On the nose, notes of orange blossom, lime flower, and lemon balm stand out, as well as slight touches of vanilla. In the mouth, it is fresh and mineral, with a long and persistent finish. An elegant and sophisticated wine that reflects the full potential of the Dão region.
