Cristom Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay white is a blend of benchmark vineyard sites in Eola-Amity Hills, where volcanic soils, elevation and marine influence create a Chardonnay with both tension and generosity. It undergoes native yeast fermentation, full malolactic fermentation and extended lees ageing in both French oak and stainless steel.
The nose is complex, with interwoven notes of brioche, toasted meringue, lemon curd and minerality. On the palate, vibrant acidity is complemented by flavours of Meyer lemon, ginger and cardamom, supported by a rich texture. The finish is long, refined and persistent.
