Description

Prosecco Valdobbiadene has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, an intense and fragrant aroma with notes of candied lemon and acacia flowers, and an elegant, smooth and fruity taste.

In 1950, a group of 9 wine producers from the Province of Reggio Emilia set up Cantine Cooperative Riunite. Eleven years later, 4 wineries from the Province of Modena followed their lead and founded Consorzio Interprovinciale Vini (CIV).

The 'Maschio dei Cavalieri' line is proof of the philosophy of innovation: the careful application of cold extraction techniques enhances the release of flavours and aromas from the raw material and from them produce wines capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates, making them ideal for special occasions.
