Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima white is crafted from carefully selected grapes of the classic Transmontano varieties, grown in sandy and granitic soils at higher altitudes on the estate, with a predominant east-facing exposure. Aged in stainless steel tanks with batonnage until bottling, this young wine stands out for the aromatic intensity of Códega do Larinho, the fresh and floral profiles of Moscatel Galego, and the vibrant acidity and freshness of Verdelho. Together, it offers very expressive varietal aromas, revealing the pure and fresh identity of the Trás-os-Montes region.
