In 1988, George Rowley, owner of the world's most renowned Absinthe brand - La Fée, went to the Czech Republic to discover this famous drink. La Fée Parisienne Absinthe has a traditional style full of strength and based on an original 19th century recipe, and is the only absinthe authenticated by Marie-Claude Delahaye, founder of La Musée de l'absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise, France. La Fée Bohemian Absinthe is a product on the opposite spectrum. While La Fée Parisienne is traditional, Bohemian falls into the modern category of absinthe, designed specifically for modern cocktails, with a rebellious, "underground" influence from the Czech Republic.
