Bols Advocaat is a rich and creamy mixture of yolk of eggs, witty aromatized, sugar and brandy with touch of vanilla. Yellowed colour. Gentle fragrance, with a surprising gentle and full-bodied taste. To serve with ice, in cocktails, long drinks (Snowball) and shots (Pastel Nata). This Dutch specialty also is used in desserts of ice-cream.
