Description

Wine from the Douro Demarcated Region. Aged in oak casks and vats. It presents a blondish appearance, with a complex aroma with notes of dried fruits, honey, and typical aromas of ageing. In the mouth, it is velvety, balanced in sweetness, and reveals all its age in an involving finish.

Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges soon became one of Portugal's leading wine companies.

Recognising that only through excellence can Portuguese wines assert themselves in the world, Borges has always been committed to the quality of its production, which is now exported to over fifty countries on five continents.
