The most exclusive of Cardinal Mendoza acquires a new dimension in the form of liquor. Angêlus is a liqueur based on Brandy de Jerez. Mahogany with nuances and amber glow. The nose has freshness, complex and spicy citrus notes that evoke the aromas of nuts. In the mouth it offers an explosion of citrus notes with a great amount of bitterness of the oranges, very sophisticated vestiges of spices and a slight touch toasted, all balanced by some sweetness. The finish in mouth seems to have no end.
