La Gauloise Yellow Liqueur is an ancient herbal elixir, now available in a slightly sweeter and milder yellow version. Produced at the Distillerie du Centre in Limoges, the recipe dates back to very old times and was rediscovered in an old manuscript by Edouard Requier. It has a bright yellow colour and gentle aromas of honey, vanilla, and warm spices. On the palate, it is creamy and velvety, with notes of caramel, honey, and flowers, perfect to enjoy neat or in cocktails.
