Description

Gin Lovers Black is inspired by the fruits of Portuguese forests, where the character of juniper meets the sweet and vibrant expression of blueberries and blackberries. Produced through a progressive infusion process and crafted with 14 carefully selected botanicals, it reveals a distinctive and well-balanced composition.

On the nose, the intensity of the red berries takes centre stage, while juniper and mace contribute to its aromatic complexity. The palate is rich and velvety, with the fruity character of blueberries and blackberries balanced by botanical notes and a sweet, engaging acidity.

Its intense colour and fruity expression make it particularly appealing in a gin and tonic, while its smoothness, colour and aromatic profile also lend themselves to contemporary cocktails.
