Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced from the Galega, Azeiteira, Blanqueta, Carrasquenha, Redondil and Cobrançosa olive varieties from the Olivais located in the north of Alentejo.
Reveals on the nose aromas of apple and carob jam, with slight notes of olive leaf. On the palate it is sweet, recalling the flavours of dried fruit, but with a spicy profile that grows and persists.
