Description

Shirayuki is a traditional Japanese sake produced in the Nada district of Kobe. The Nada region is famous for its pure water, considered divine, which is obtained from the underground flow through the layers of sand and shells as it descends from the granite hills of the Rokko mountains.

Produced with high-quality rice grown in local fields, the production process is handmade and follows traditional Japanese techniques. The result is a sake with a unique, smooth and balanced flavour, with a delicate aroma, highlighting notes of citrus fruit and flowers. Its flavour is refreshing and slightly sweet, with a touch of minerality.
