A Bairrada sparkling made from Chardonnay and Arinto varieties. Young, with citrus aromas and green apple, but that expands and gives breadth of mouth, asks for food to accompany. Clear color, medium intensity, with a yellow tinge, clean nose without defects, with a medium aromatic intensity. Dry, bubble-thin, elegant, with a high acidity, freshness, medium alcohol and medium mouth intensity. Medium body, elegant, creamy, silky, with a good finish corresponding to the nose, citrus, and nuts, showing good persistence. It can be drunk right now, but still young and with the potential to evolve.
