Description

Minhodka is the first premium vodka produced from the Alvarinho grape variety in the Vinho Verde region. Using a continuous distillation process using a column distiller, a translucent liquid is obtained from the Alvarinho pomace. The distillate is prepared in a copper alembic with treated water and filtered with active charcoal. The result is a smooth vodka with a slightly sweet flavour at the end, which stands out for its purity and quality.
