Sierra Tequila's jimadores have years of experience and dedicate themselves to the cultivation of agaves with dedication and care, from planting to harvesting, a process that can last up to twelve years. These workers tend Sierra's fields by hand, without the use of machines, allowing the plants to grow naturally in their environment. The agaves take between 7 and 12 years on average to mature, and each one is treated as unique.
