Wine is an alcoholic beverage obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of fresh grapes or must (grape juice). This fermentation is carried out by micro-organisms called yeasts, which are responsible for transforming the sugars present in the grapes into alcohol. It is also considered a living organism, as over time it presents changes in its chemical and organoleptic composition, being advisable to store it correctly when the objective is to keep the bottles.
