Description

Curral Teles Omicron red, made from Tinta Francisca, reflects a minimal intervention approach. Fermentation and extended maceration with whole grapes result in a delicate and expressive style.

It shows a medium ruby colour and elegant aromas of wild berries, wet earth and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with fine, soft tannins and a persistent, refined finish.

Curral Teles wines are produced in small quantities and reflect an experimental approach to winemaking in the Douro. They result from cellar trials exploring different methods and interpretations, and are therefore not produced every year.

Each wine is named after a letter of the Greek alphabet, paying tribute to the experiments carried out in ancient Greek academies. A collection that celebrates curiosity, precision and the continuous search for new expressions of terroir.
