Icewine, which can be produced reliably in most Canadian wine regions, especially the Okanagan Valley, is the most recognized product on an international basis. The Canadian wine is primarily from four provinces: Ontario and British Columbia, which are responsible for 98 percent of quality wine production, and Quebec and Nova Scotia, which are emerging winegrowing regions.
