Originating in Poland, Żubrówka vodka is produced from the distillation of rye and has a unique flavour with notes of vanilla, coconut and almond.
Its aroma is due to a herb that grows in the Białowieża Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and each bottle is decorated with a leaf of this herb, which not only serves as a garnish, but also as a tribute to the last refuge of the wild European bison, Żubr.
