Generally we select brands / regions that usually shows good results in wine tasting. Wine is a living organism that as others are exposed to weather and even in a bottle the aromas are subject to different developments. Our recommendation goes to open the bottle and leave in advance, that operation will help to release the natural aromas of the wine after so many years closed.
