Whyte & Mackay was made from a batch of over 40 malts, according to a recipe from 1844. Unlike other whiskies - this one has been double aged - for added smoothness. With a rich golden colour, it has a full, rounded aroma with a silky spectrum of smooth nuances that are exposed immediately. In the mouth, it is soft and smooth, with honeyed and fruity notes.
