In 2001, Margarida Cabaço decided to explore the combination of gastronomy and wine, and created her project, Monte dos Cabaços. Today, already in the company of the younger generation of the family and together with Susana Estéban, responsible for the oenology, they dedicate themselves to the production of the Monte dos Cabaços wines.
The exceptional quality of the terroir has allowed a refined selection of the different castes. The grapes are tasted in the vineyard, harvested manually and then chosen according to the same quality standards that the Chef establishes in his kitchen.
