2014 Quinta Vale D. Maria Maria Helena Van Zeller Guedes red

Maria Helena Van Zeller Guedes 2014 is a tribute to the legacy of two families and their matriarch. It is the result of several plots of old vines at Quinta Vale D. Maria, reflecting the characteristics of the different grape varieties and the various sun exposures, giving rise to a red wine with unique complexity and richness. On the nose, notes of black fruit and dried plum stand out, with slight hints of chocolate and coffee, which are confirmed on the palate. It's a full-bodied wine with a silky, enveloping and balanced texture, with firm, well-integrated tannins that give it a robust structure.
