The Quinta do Cerrado da Porta extra brut sparkling wine is produced from the Arinto grape variety, revealing a discreet aroma of ripe fruit. It presents a very fine bubble and in the mouth a remarkable acidity, harmonized with a complex honey flavor, slightly aniseed.
The Quinta do Cerrado da Porta was acquired by its current owners in 1996. A property that initially had about 3 hectares and was in a very poor state of conservation, is now the family home and wine farm counting with 17 hectares, of which 14 ha are occupied by vineyards.
