概要
Quanta Terra Gold Edition white is made from the Gouveio and Viosinho grape varieties, located on the Alijó Plateau at an altitude of 600 metres. It has a straw yellow colour and an elegant aroma with notes of honey, paraffin, well-integrated wood and a touch of wax. In the mouth, it reveals great volume and complexity, with marked freshness and persistence.
Both Celso Pereira and Jorge Alves could have the nickname "Quanta Terra", were they not the personification of the wine brand themselves. More than just a besotted passion for the world of wine, Quanta Terra took its first steps in the 1990s, when both met while working in the oenology department of Caves Transmontanas. They quickly developed professional complicity which would allow them to create a solid base for Quanta Terra, which was just an idea at the time.
