AR is the premium brand of Adega de Redondo created as a tribute to the grape growers of Redondo. This monovarietal red wine is obtained from the Syrah grape variety and presents an intense ruby colour with floral, spicy and fresh aromas, still highlighting the notes of tobacco leaf, derived from the 12-month aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth, it is surprisingly fresh, balanced and persistent.

Since 1956, Adega Cooperativa de Redondo has been dedicated to Alentejo wines. After 65 years, located in the heart of the Alentejo, it has been modernising, also adapting to the new demands of the market. The wines produced come from the grapes of around 200 associated producers, allowing strict quality control and total traceability from the vineyard to the consumer.
