Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils Oenophile Non Dosé Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru is a Brut Nature Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay, created to express the pure mineral character of the Côte des Blancs terroirs. With no sugar added after the second fermentation, this cuvée is designed to reveal the wine’s character without artifice.

This cuvée is produced only in years when one of the vintage wines naturally displays the balance required to be bottled without dosage. The result is a precise and elegant Champagne, defined by minerality, complexity and delicacy, with a fine and balanced texture.

On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and mineral character, leading to a long finish with a distinctive chalky quality. A pure and refined expression of Blanc de Blancs, created to highlight the identity of the Côte des Blancs terroirs.
