Quanta Terra Eclat has a surprising character with a citrus colour, unusual for a sparkling wine made exclusively from the Pinot Noir grape variety. It reveals an impressive aromatic complexity, with notes of loquat, cherry stones, pink pepper and subtle autolytic touches, which give it great richness. On the palate, it is dry and firm with a fine, creamy texture, marked by a persistent bubble that lends elegance and freshness, with a very balanced and harmonious finish.

Both Celso Pereira and Jorge Alves could have the nickname "Quanta Terra", were they not the personification of the wine brand themselves. More than just a besotted passion for the world of wine, Quanta Terra took its first steps in the 1990s, when both met while working in the oenology department of Caves Transmontanas. They quickly developed professional complicity which would allow them to create a solid base for Quanta Terra, which was just an idea at the time.
