70% Arinto and 30% Fernão Pires. Total destemming, gentle pressing of the grapes. Vinification in stainless steel vats. 25% of the wine aged in 225 liter French oak barrels for 5 months. It is a white citrus color and intense aroma of ripe fruit with tropical notes and white flowers well integrated with the lightly toasted notes of aging in French oak barrels. Ideal to accompany fish in the oven, lean meats and soft cheese. The packaging is the ideal size to store on the refrigerator door.
