This wine, produced from the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Rufete varieties, whose grapes come from vineyards planted at an altitude of 750 metres, expresses itself with aromas of forest fruits, cedar, spices and mocha. In tasting, its acidity combines perfectly with its volume and delicate tannins.
The Quinta da Biaia dates back to the 17th century and belonged to Dona Beatriz de Sousa Lopes.
Located in Beira Interior in Castelo Rodrigo, it has about 29 hectares of vineyards at altitude and is dedicated to the organic production of wines.
