Bastardô! white from vintage 2020 is produced with 65% Fernão Pires and 35% Arinto, planted in schist soils. This wine reveals an intense fruit aroma, highlighting the fresh and citrus profile with slight tropical notes. On the palate it is well balanced, fresh, with a long acidity and plenty of presence on the finish. Nothing better to accompany this wine than with fish dishes or even grilled white meats.
