2020 Freire Lobo Vigno Reserva red
概要
From a 60-year-old field blend planted with indigenous grape varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinto Cão, Rufete, Baga, Alvarelhão, Aragonês and others, Vigno red Reserva is Freire Lobo Wines' interpretation of a fine and elegant Dão wine, a wine that shows all the potential and character of a vineyard located on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, planted on granite soils.
Freire Lobo Wines is based in Oliveira do Hospital, in the demarcated region of Dão. With a work philosophy that respects the vineyard and the character of the wines produced from it, the grape varieties used are traditionally Portuguese, as maintaining the region's identity is fundamental. There is minimal intervention in the winery, resorting to ancestral production methods such as the use of lagares.
