Menin Grande Reserva white, produced from the Arinto grape variety, ages for about 9 months on fine lees in used oak barrels, with periodic bâtonnage. It has a citrine color and complex and elegant notes on the nose, reminiscent of green tea, grapefruit, and peppermint. On the palate, it reveals great structure and creaminess, highlighting a classic mineral profile.
It is in the properties Quinta da Costa de Cima, Quinta do Sol, and Quinta do Caleiro that Menin finds the perfect terroir to develop complex, characterful wines, full of finesse and great aging potential.
It is in the approximately 55 hectares, of which 10 are old vines, where the philosophy of sustainability is established, and it is in the gravity concept that the winery was built.
