White wine produced from the Arinto grape variety, it is rich and complex, with notes of pineapple, kiwi and papaya standing out, in harmony with the woody aromas resulting from 8 months in French oak barrels. In the mouth, it is electrifying, with lively and juicy acidity.
The Quinta da Biaia dated back to the 17th century and belonged to Dona Beatriz de Sousa Lopes.
Located in Beira Interior in Castelo Rodrigo, it has about 29 hectares of vineyard at altitude and is dedicated to the organic production of wines.
