概要

The FAY vineyard is where the story of Stags' Leap Wine Cellars began. Founded by pioneering winemaker Nathan Fay in 1961, it was the first planting of Cabernet Sauvignon at what is now Stags' Leap.

The FAY red wine, made from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, offers complex aromas of berries, liquorice, sour cherry and floral spices. The palate is full of fresh fruit flavours, balanced by its creamy texture. Aged for 21 months in French oak barrels, this wine represents not only a tribute to tradition but also a celebration of the innovation that marks the origin of Stags' Leap Wine Cellars.

Stags' Leap Wine Cellars is located in the iconic Napa Valley region and offers a remarkable portfolio of classic and surprising wines produced from its vineyards. Together with his strong winemaking team, Marcus Notaro handcrafts wines that reflect the land where the grapes are grown and stylistically honour the terroir, providing a balance between richness and elegance, softness and structure.
