To mark 30 years of dedication to the art of winemaking, Tommasi presents this commemorative edition of its 2021 Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore, a red wine that pays tribute to the tradition and excellence of the Valpolicella Classica region.

Crafted from the iconic vineyards of La Groletta and Conca d’Oro, this wine displays a deep, brilliant ruby hue. On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, with enticing notes of cherry preserve, tobacco, and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it impresses with its balance of body and elegance: the tannins are smooth and silky, and the finish is long, enveloping, and memorable.

Its complexity stems from the traditional process of refermentation on Amarone pomace, followed by extended ageing in large Slavonian oak casks and further refinement in bottle, which together lend the wine depth and harmony.
