A citrus-coloured wine, produced exclusively from the Cerceal grape variety, with a mineral profile and a fresh, delicate aroma. On the palate it has good acidity and volume, an elegant and very aromatic finish, proving to be very gastronomic.

A family that for several generations has been dedicated to growing vines and producing wine. They currently work 170 hectares on two properties in central Portugal: Quinta de São Mateus and Quinta de Vale de Azar.

Wines are produced based on an oenological concept of maximum respect for the grapes, with almost exclusive use of gravity throughout the winemaking cycle and with the exclusion of any oenological products.
