The Casa Agrícola Horácio Simões, founded by José Carvalho Simões in 1910, is a secular house, run by the 3rd generation of the family. The winery is located at Quinta do Anjo, in Palmela, an area generous in wine of renowned quality.

The vinification of its wines is carried out in Lagares by purely artisanal and traditional processes.
