The Inóspito Touriga Nacional red comes from a blend of two distinct parcels: one in the Cima Corgo sub-region, between Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira and Quinta dos Canais, at an altitude of 100 to 200 metres, and the other in the Douro Superior, in Escalhão, at 500 metres. This wine, true to tradition, is floral, fresh, complex, and structured, without any tartaric correction. The spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, and the wine ages for 18 months in new and used French oak barrels (Bertrange forest). Inóspito is the pure expression of each parcel, reflecting the minerality, acidity, and freshness of each micro-terroir, resulting in a unique, unadulterated wine.
