Pata Choca white is a distinctive wine made from the Arinto and Chardonnay grape varieties.

This wine has a clear, open straw colour. The nose shows a good intensity of aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus fruit, stone fruit and lime. On the palate, a fruity and fresh flavour with good volume, unctuousness and very good final persistence.

Based in Sobral de Monte Agraço and founded by Diogo Zuzarte Martins, Adega Mor continues a family business started in 1946 by the Zuzarte family. This family, known for its determination and hard work, has invested cautiously over the decades, accumulating a heritage of around 200 hectares of its own vineyards in the Lisbon wine region of Alenquer, which supply part of Adega Mor's production.
