概要

Centenária is a wine made from a blend of traditional grape varieties from the Serra de São Mamede and aged in French oak barrels to preserve all its identity and freshness. The aroma is fresh and delicate with hints of cherry. In the mouth it retains its freshness and delicacy, with firm but smooth tannins that give it great ageing potential.

Susana Esteban is one of the Portuguese winemakers to follow. In 2012 she was awarded the most prestigious prize a winemaker can receive in Portugal, the title of "Winemaker of the Year", by Revista de Vinhos magazine, has been to date the only woman to have been awarded this distinction.
