概要

The Lento Vinhas Velhas white is made from vines around 90 years old, located at over 500 meters of altitude in the Douro, hand-harvested. The grapes, from granite and sandy soils, reveal the pure expression of a high-altitude Douro, with unparalleled freshness. The varieties Rabigato, Viosinho, Gouveio, Códega de Larinho, Síria, and Folgasão add complexity and elegance to the wine. The spontaneous fermentation, carried out with indigenous yeasts, preserves the minerality, acidity, and freshness of the terroir, without the use of oak, to highlight the true essence of the place.

Geographic Wines is a project by Daniela Matias and Nuno Morais Vaz, aiming to create wines that showcase the authentic characteristics of the grape varieties and the terroirs from which they originate.
