The Belondrade Quinta Apolonia white is the purest expression of the grape variety from the Quinta San Diego ecological vineyard. This wine is the result of the first assemblage of the year, combining the freshness of the plots that fermented in tank with the structure and complexity of those that fermented in barrels. The name of this wine pays homage to Didier's eldest daughter, Apolline Belondrade.

With a cellaring potential of 6 to 8 years, this white stands out for its elegance and its ability to authentically express the unique characteristics of its origin. Ideal for connoisseurs of white wines of great character and sophistication.
