The Vale Dona Aida white is produced from Rabigato and Arinto grapes, grown in schist soils with granite outcrops at altitudes between 500 and 600 metres, imparting freshness, minerality and pronounced acidity. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, ageing on fine lees to preserve complexity and freshness. It displays a youthful citrine colour, with fresh aromas of flowers, subtle citrus and wet stone notes. On the palate, it reveals structure, vibrant acidity, an enveloping texture and a persistent finish.
