The Altas Quintas Conversas da Talha Palhete is a vibrant and characterful wine, fermented in traditional clay amphorae following the Alentejo winemaking tradition. Delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry are complemented by subtle earthy notes. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with bright acidity and gentle tannins that provide structure and personality, making it an excellent match for sharing platters, grilled cured meats, pizza and mature cheeses.
The Altas Quintas project was born from the desire to make wines with different characteristics in the Alentejo for demanding connoisseurs. The difference of its wines begins in the location of the vines that give rise to them, planted on a plateau at an altitude of 600 metres, in the heart of the Alentejo. Allied to the terroir is also the strongest characteristic of this project: the obsession for difference, always pushing to obtain the maximum quality in the raw material that produces these Alentejo wines.
